PROMETHEUS simple order service

I would like to share my idea of PROMETHEUS (simple order service), which can be useful not only for furniture companies, but also for other industries aimed at the B2B sector and whose product consists of 10 or more customizable parameters that the customer chooses before the order is made.

Each company has a financial cushion of a certain size, thanks to which it can stay afloat when the market is in a downturn or, even worse, when customers constantly leave due to poor service or more efficient competitors. Thanks to this cushion the company can pay salaries to employees, rent, pay off loans, etc. for a while. It is very important not to spend this money unnecessarily.That`s why I`m confident that companies don't have to wait until they run out of resources to avoid getting into a situation when they need to act immediately to survive. Because this ends badly for both employees (through massive layoffs) and the company's eco-system (through the rush changes in the processes that customers are used to).

It is better to make the necessary changes gradually, namely to reduce waste wherever possible and make the service simpler, clearer and more convenient: both for the client and the employee. The idea of Prometheus arose precisely because I suppose we should make the necessary changes at the right time.
